I believe that your truest self faithfully resides deep within; always has - but something got stuck early on and has kept you from taking up space. The pain you have experienced is stored in the body on a cellular level and is routed neurologically on repeat throughout your system when you bump into painfully familiar triggers. Through deep relationship repair and the energetic movement of somatic therapy, you and I will work together to repair in relationship what has been previously broken.
